To assist in the relief of poverty, sickness, destitution, helplessness, distress, suffering, and misfortune, among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, through the process of supporting social and economic development.

• to promote community development by acting as a resource for the community and stakeholders in the areas of education, health, housing, employment and welfare to the community.
• to act as a clearing house to facilitate the exchange of information and skills, participation and maintenance of community development activities, community services, employment and housing for the community.

2020 Annual General Meeting

The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Message of the Cross (TMOTC) Indigenous Corporation will be held at 7pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 18 November 2020.

In light of the uncertainty and potential health risks created by the COVID-19 pandemic, and taking into consideration the actions taken by governments to address these concerns, TMOTC will be hosting a virtual AGM in 2020.

Crossfire Support Services

Crossfire Support Services works under the umbrella of the Message of the Cross Indigenous Corporation, an Aboriginal Community Controlled organization based in Ipswich Queensland, operating since 2020. Crossfire Support Services works in the local area to help with community development initiatives, primarily through short-term and long-term projects and operates solely on our giving program, fundraising efforts, with a small team of culturally diverse employees and volunteers. Overall, we aim to help people in crisis by meeting their immediate needs where they are at.
